You agree to take full responsibility for submitting your name and address. If an in-accurate address (this includes not a full postal address) is given and consequently the goods cannot be delivered, no refund can be offered.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE FULL AND ACCURATE POSTAL ADDRESS.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: Central Profiles take privacy and security very seriously and use Sagepay as our independent payment service provider. We will not use or sell your details to any third party. The only exception to this would be if fraudulent use of a credit/debit card happens then the appropriate authorities would be informed.
DISPATCH: Once paid for we endeavour to dispatch your goods within 3-5 working days but please allow 7working days for delivery. If there is going to be a delay on any item we will notify you and you can then decide how you wish to proceed.
REFUND: In the very unlikely event that you are not happy with any of our products then please notify us within 7 working days. The Item must then be returned to us in the original packaging in a saleable condition
LIABILITY: Please ensure that you check your item when the delivery is made to you. If by any strange chance the item has been damaged in transit then please refuse delivery. It would be best if you could arrange for someone to be present when the item is delivered so that a signature can be obtained from the delivery driver and you can examine the goods. If there are any shortages within your order then please notify us within 3 working days
Our products are of the highest quality, however, once purchased we have no control regarding the treatment of the items and therefore can offer no guarantee against any item.
